How do I setup a tour of the space?
What’s included in the rental price?
Rental includes the venue for an event up to five hours, with setup before earlier that day and breakdown/load-out ending by midnight. The venue rental also includes: complementary parking, a dedicated event host, 72-inch Round tables and and chairs with black or white linens for up to 250 guests depending on setup/configuration. May I supply my own food and beverage?
Is alcohol available?
Do you provide decorating services?
At this time we do not supply decorating services. But included in some of our food and beverage packages, linens will be provided for your tables. Specialty linens will need to be ordered through an outside decorator. Contact us to learn more.
Do you require preferred vendors?
We do not require preferred vendors for DJs, bands, florist or decorators.
Is there AV equipment in Quimby Hall?
All AV equipment will be portable and is available at an additional rental cost. Contact us to learn more.
